PWIB Wohnungs-Infobörse GmbH has been operating Wohnungsboerse.net since 1999, one of the leading real estate portals in the German-speaking region. Sole owner Daniela Göbel from Salzburg had decided to hand over her life's work to a strategic partner.
Process
IGCP structured a competitive bidding process aimed at maximising the owner's price expectations while finding the right buyer for the long-term development of the platform.
Outcome
100% share deal, closing September 2021. Wohnungsboerse.net was integrated into the Scout24 Group's product portfolio and is operationally continued by Immobilien Scout GmbH in Berlin.
