Founded in 2000 by Stefan and Dr. Andreas Wenzel, net-haus GmbH operates the cloud CAFM platform "hausmanager", one of the most established software solutions in digital facility management. More than 500 customers in 35 countries manage over 200 million m² of commercial real estate with hausmanager.
Process
IGCP accompanied the entire M&A process from preparation through international investor search and negotiations to signing and closing in October 2025.
Outcome
100% share deal to SINGU, the PropTech market leader in Central and Eastern Europe headquartered in Krakow. Peter Vollmer takes over as Managing Director DACH, ensuring continuity for existing customers and the team.
