Founded in 2010 by Gernot Singer in Austria, immosuchmaschine.at developed into the leading vertical search engine and the highest-reach traffic provider for real estate portals and classified ad sites in the Austrian market — with around 600,000 visitors per month.
Process
IGCP Capital Partners GmbH acted as exclusive advisor on the sale of immosuma GmbH (immosuchmaschine.at) to the Scout24 Group. IGCP supported the sale process from strategic positioning through investor search to operational handover and the final company merger with ImmobilienScout24.
Outcome
Closing in 2020, integration into the Scout24 Group as part of the Austrian ImmoScout24 network. Founder Gernot Singer remained on board post-closing in customer and partner relations to ensure a seamless transition.
